The Stall is finally over
I have to admit I have been a little depressed for the past week, I hadn't lost any for 5 days. When I first came home I was loseing every day 17lbs in all and then the second week I stopped. I know that it is normal to stall at first but each day put dought in my mind that I would ever start loseing again so I started getting a little depressed. Well that is over TG. I am now down 22lbs.
YAY Vickie!
Doesn't feel good to see the scale moving again? During the stalls and plateaus we question EVERYTHING, then once it gets moving... we can breathe that sigh of relief that everything is working as it should. It's such a mind trip! My stall seems to be over too by the way! I'm so glad!

OHmygosh....you too? I haven't broken my stall yet... and it is maddening. I had surgery on the 23rd of Sept. so we are only a day apart. I lost 14lbs. my first week but only 2lbs. this past week.
I am doing everything I can... my eating is right on target and I am getting my fluids in and doing my exercise daily. Sheesh... I wish something would happen ya know? Glad that it finally started kicking in for you again...
I know I know..it WILL happen... but at least you know how I feel right now.... Bummer indeed..... I just keep telling myself.... yes yes ...it will happen ...you didn't go through all this for nothing kiddo....
Congrats on the good news!
Elizabeth~
P.S. My DH Mike keeps telling me that I am doing so good as I started eating like a postop weeks before my surgery and in all actuality I have lost a total of 49lbs. from my highest preop weight...but only the 16lbs. since surgery.... so I don't know if that might be the reason for the stall or not....
I thought it was just me..........I hope I'm dancing like you soon Vickie.
Today is my first day back at work so I hope to have a little more structure. I'm drinking all of my water. Now I'm trying to get in all of my protein and do some excersize for the next 2 weeks to see if anything changes. Good luck to you all
