hi all, today i was still queasy so basically did liquids as much as possible and not too much food. i had hot tea (decaf) for the first time in a month and it really calmed my stomach. so i sipped on tea all day, had 2 sf popsicles and some sf jello. would you count the popsicles and jello in your liquid count? how do you measure them. decaf tea is ok to count in the liquid count, isn't it? i think that milk used to make oatmeal, let's say, does NOT count as liquids - right? susan

You can definently count your decaf tea, jello, and popsicles as your liquid. I'm not sure how much liquid a popsicle is. Brook

YOu should be able to count all of it as liquid. Milk too. The popsicles I have are almost 2 ounces each and jello is usually 4 ounces. It will say on the box ...12 1.75ounce popsicles or 6 4ounce units jello... just look on the outside carton. Hope you are feeling better. I too have been plagued with nausea (I would rather be in pain). Those days are pure liquids for me too.
