2 weeks post op

I cant believe it, I have survivied 2 weeks on liquids and everyone in my family is still here. hehehehe. I have lost 12lbs and I feel great. Today would be perfect if it weren't raining but I am still having a good day. I just cant believe it 12lbs. I couldn't ever do that with the other programs I have been on.

Congradulations Terry! I can't believe what I lost either. I have not seen this weight since my 13 yr old was born. I lost 18lbs by my first preop visit and lost 24 more after surgery. I still can't believe it. Way to go on your weight loss! Lisa

Hi Terri! Congratulations on your loss!! The liquid diet is killing me too and I have 12 more days of it since my doctor requires 4 weeks. I'm in Washington too and the rain today is really depressing since I can't get outside and do my walking. I guess I'll have to resort to using my treadmill. Keep up the good work! Julia

LOL, whew, now they can all come out from under the table. LOL WTG on the 12 pounds. Your doing great. Each pound I lose I feel happy because I know this time it isn't coming back. Rain sucks but it has to end sometime. Keep up the great work. Shannon
