10 days post op and down 13 # !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all. Just letting all know I am home and well... a little sore at times ....Walking lots , Working hard at not lifting.....My sis was here for me for a week.....What a god send....I hope and pray all who had and all who are gonna have surgery are well too... thanks to all for support before surgery...sandy

Welcome home Sandy! I'm glad to hear things went well and that you have help at home. Be sure to sip, rest and walk whenever you can! Congrats on the 13lb loss too! I'm doing about the same as you as I was 14lbs. at 11 days out! Let's keep it going! - DJ

hi, This is so unreal now its 16 #.... I am so happy.....I am up drinking my banana cream protein drink....I have not made any of my own yet but am making up cards of protein drinks to try....yum.....sandy

We sure are....how are you doing? I came home fri but with a drain that did not come out til mon....all my stiches and staples are out and the drain....I was lucky being a nurse they let me go with drain....also my surgery was a lap...which helps speed up things i think....I hope you are doing as well..congrats on your loss.........sandy

Wow!! I so impressed with how well everyone is doing! I seem to be moving much slower than all of you. Did any of you have your surgery open? I'm amazed how much everyone is able to walk? Are you taking walks outside or walking in the house? How's the eating going? Congrat's again to everyone!

hi, I go to the store and push the cart around til I can't stand it ...Gets me out and makes me move more than if I stayed at home...And what female wont shop???? or look????
