I dont think I am walking enough HELP

Walk More! Make it a priority - you will feel better and stronger! Set a time for you every day. Walking can make the difference between success and failure. It also helps prevent losing muscle mass instead of fat. Are you getting 90 grams of protein a day? If not that can cause you to be week and also lose muscle mass.

CONGRADULATIONS You are 1 week ahead of me and I get exhausted after a 20 minute power walk. I wouldn't stress over it....but I do thing the wood moving wsa a little much. Cheryl B RNY9/28/04
