Michelle, I am so sorry. It seems like you have been through so much! I to could not do the nectar. Try ISOPURE (found at GNC). It's in a glass bottle and has 40 grams per serving. I drink 1/2 of one a day. Congrats on the weight loss!

I am real sorry you ended up with open instead of lap. I thought about that some before my surgery. I really didn't know what I was expecting if but I did try to remember it was an option. I hope your pain is gone. 32 pounds in 14 days is great. For the protein I did Nature's Best, Isopure. I like grape and orange and 1 bottle has i believe 170 calories and 40 grams of protein. Shannon

I do the EAS Soy Protein shake found at Jewel Osco or Wal Mart. It is a powdered mix that you can add to skim milk to get more protein. It is only $10 for a container and it lasts awhile. They have vanilla and chocolate. Congrats on the loss. Sorry they had to go open on you. My cousin had it open and he has gone from 450lb to 200lb in 20 months. You will do great!! Kell
