I made it!!!
Well I made it through ok.... I had my surgery on Sept 30 and was home in 2 days. I dont feel too bad, All I can say is I HATE hello and popscicles! I cant wait to get some normal food. It's not because that i'm so hungrey, just so that I fell normal again. They had me on SF Crystal Lite and a Popsicle that night of my surgery, I've only had 1 bad reaction, everything else has went down fine. Can anyone tell me when they moved to the second phase (purred foods). Never thought I would be looking forward to some scrambled eggs!

Hi Steve,
Congratulations on a successful surgery and recovery! I have to agree with you about the jello and S/F popsicles! Ugh! You can add chicken broth to the list too! LOL! As for food, obviously, it's best to follow your Dr.'s instructions, but I am 11 days out and began having blended soups at a week and just tried some cottage cheese. (So far, so good.) Whatever you try, just be sure to eat/drink it SLOW and keep your fluid intake up. Take care and good luck!
