I feel good!!!! yeeeeeeeeee hawwwwwwwww

HI , My name is tommy but i go by my middle name Joe. I had my surgery 9/28/04 out of the hospital on 9/30, amazing!! Today is 10/3/04 i'm already walking four miles a day, didn't think i'd do that so quick, haven't felt like walking in a long time. sure is wonderful!! I can't believe how good i feel. Still sore but overall i feel so much better than pre surgery. If i had it to all over again i would. Good luck to everyone

WOW!!! 4 miles a day, that is huge. My hubby and I go for about 45 min walks every night, but I start to get a bit dizzy at the end. How do you do that so soon, plus I had my surg the 23rd? Congrats on feeling so great, keep it up. Kell

brook it has not been that easy.i work hard I stop smokeing 2 packs cig a day and stop drinking soda pops ,I have to get out to help get thes things of my minde,I hope every thing is going good for you .. joe
