What an awesome journey

I'm 12 days post op and really happy. I'm only 2 days away from phase 3 of the diet, thank God, I'm bored to tears with liquids. But this to will pass. It's hard cooking for my family but I know it's going to take some work to loose this weight. I am too. The loosing is the fuel that keeps my engine going. I look forward to days ahead and my husbands joy as I get healthier and smaller. We all win!!!

Your right on track. Some days are harder then others but the rewards will be plenty. When your able to cook a meal that everyone including you will be able to eat meal times will get much better. Good luck starting phase 3. Shannon
