How long did your "stalls" last?

I am three weeks post op. At two weeks, I had lost 29 pounds. I have not lost anything since then and actaully gained a pound. I am flooding myself with liquids, walking every day and getting in 60-70 grams of protein a day. Will I start losing again? I'm worried!

They say it will get better..............I hope THEY are right, lol, because I am stalled too.............at least I WAS, and probably still am, but I am working out of town for ten days, and have no access to a scale!! It is probably just as well...........

Howdy. I am so glad you posted this. I am stalled also. I lost around 30 lb. and now have gained 1-3 back. I have gotta quit weighing myself so often. This is really starting to **** me off. No weight loss for almot 2 weeks. I walk, drink, drink and drink. I get my protein in. My body better start giving it up cause I am ready to freak out!!!! J.

I find that some days 4 or 5 days passes and the scale doesn't move. Mine doesn't go up that high but it does go down as I lose. Then I drop a few pounds. Then a few days passes and I don't lose. Then I lose a few pounds. It keeps going on and on. I am trying hard not to look at that scale because it can get the best of ya. I hope your stall subsides soon. Shannon
