Today is my 2 week anniversary....I have my 2 wk appt in the morning. I hope I have lost more this week.....as I only lost 7 lbs the first one. I still have trouble sleeping...lots of back pain, have to sleep in a reclined postion. If I lay on my side or back I wake up feeling nausated. I only sleep for 5 hours at a time and end up taking lots of naps throughout the day. I am on Broth/jello for 1 meal & Egg/toast for 1 meal each day right now. I have only had trouble with the Egg twice because it was too done...it has to be really lightly poached for me to get it down. Makes me worry about trying other foods that are harder than an Egg. My water intake sucks....I'm pushing between 36-40 oz a day and I mean pushing it. I feel so full of water after about 30 oz its a fight to get down more (my husband calls me from work twice a day to say I love you & drink your water ). I really don't know how people get down 64 oz or more. The other thing is the BO/Bad breath it can be really bad.....my husband along with others have said this is from the fat we are getting rid of. My concern is having this problem when I return to work....it was bad enough being the fat person....now I will be the stinky person... I have my ups and downs......somedays I wonder what the HELL did I do! Then mostly I know this is for the best and I will be happy and healthier in the long run and just need to be patient. Thanks for listening Dawn

Sister, I feel your pain. My husband calls to say I love you, drink your water, and don't forget to eat! I am 1 week out and I am on pureed soups & s/f pudding (3 meals per day) and 4-4oz protein shakes and 32 oz of water. It is really hard. I feel like I can't nap, cuz, when I have my soup & pudding I can't drink water 30 min before, during, or 30 min after, so it is a struggle to get enough of everything in. Also, I'm stinky too, it totally sucks. Esp. the BO. I have been brushing like crazy and using a ton of deodorant and it still doesn't catch me up. Oh well, at least you know there is someone with you on this. Kell

Your doing good. Getting the water in is important and at least your giving it a try each day. There are other ways to get tha****er in. You can do sugar free pops, decaf tea etc.... Don't worry about the BO or the stinky breath. I am sure it will go away. Your doing what you can. Shannon
