Ed is home already!

Ed had his micropouch surgery Monday around noon, was walking down the halls that night, never vomited at all, and was released today. The ride home was a bit long(2 hours) and more than bumpy, but we made it! He gained about 15 pounds of fluid but that will come off in a couple of days. I'm a little nervous---on edge really. He's pretty sore but his spirits are high and he has a great attitude. Wish him luck!

Well let him know I wish him the best. I hope his recovery continues to progress well. It is always important to keep up his spirits and know that it will all get better as time goes on. Shannon
