9 days Post op...and 9 lbs lighter

I got weighted yesterday at the doctor, and they say I've lost nine lbs. I almost fell out of my chair. I was pretty excited. Although it looks like I lost that weight in my wrists and fingers...lol I also wanted to say good luck to all of you, you deserve this!

Hey 9 pounds is awesome. Your doing great. Just remember we are our own worst critics. People tell me I look like I am losing weight but I don't see it. Some day we will walk by a mirror and not know who that person is and be startled when we realize it is us. Congrats.... Shannon
