My surgery will be next Thursday September 30th. I am so excited I can barely contain myself!!! Thanks to all of your stories out there that gave me the courage to do this!!!

Hi Judy, My surgery was 1 year ago today. I've lost 157 lbs so far. I know the feeling of excitement you have right now. Just imagine how you're going to feel next year this time. It's a great feeling to have people not recognize you because you've lost so much weight. That's happened to me a couple times so far. You'll be in my prayers next week, but I know that you'll be fine. Keep in touch - Denise
