Angel Update!-Julie Allen (Lompoc)

I just got an update on Julie, her surgery went beautifully! They left her gallbladder. She is in room 155C at Fountain Valley Regional. The only bad thing is that she is terrified of needles and they really had a hard time taking some blood and putting in her IV this morning. Apparently it was very traumatic for her. You're a great angel Stacie! I can sympathise with the IV thing. I had a Vasal Vagal (?) reaction to them putting in the IV. I nearly passed out. I was very calm emotionally, but the student nurse couldn't hit the vein very well and it took a long time and the supervising nurse to get it right. Pretty spooky for a great big manly man who's never been close to passing out before.
