Not loosing weight
Hi Dee from what I understand the body will hold on its weight for awhile and then let it go. You will stay at the same weight for awhile and when it starts coming off it will melt off. Give yourself some time and then watch it melt away. Good luck. I will be on the loseing side this weekend.
It's great that you feel so good, I hope that happens to me.
You may have had a lot of water weight gain while you were in the hospital. But from what people tell me sometimes at first they don't drop any pounds and then all of the sudden it starts pouring off. I am sure that will be the case for you. I hope you start taking pounds off so you will see that everything will be fine and you will do great.

I was told that it was important to get enough protien in along with the water in order to help promote weight loss. I had to force myself to eat and drink enough. (I didn't overeat, but had to make myself eat or drink protien 6x/day to get it all in). If you don't eat often enough your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto everything and your matabolisum will slow down to a crawl.
They are right, some people do hold onto their weight but it does start melting off. If you are doing all of the above, then just hang in there. You will see a difference soon. If not, try writing down everything to make sure you are actually getting in everything that you need to.
