Well I use a protein drink called Isopure Zero Carb 20oz Supplement Facts Serving Size: 1 bottle (20oz) Servings Per Container: 1 Amount Per Serving % Daily Value* Calories 160 . Calories from fat 0 . Total Fat 0g 0% Total Carbohydrates 0g 0% Sodium (as citrate) 80mg 3% Potassium 45mg 1% Protein 40g 80% *Daily value not established I buy mine at my local GNC store and they cost about $3.50 a bottle. There are plenty of sites on line where you could get it. I bought 2 of each flavor they sell. I only ended up liking 2, the grape and the orange. I drink half the bottle for breakfast and the other half for supper. For lunch I usually have 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese. There are 13 grams of protein in that 1/2 cup. So that brings me up to 53 grams. Then I snack on suagr free popsicles if I have to. When I am really feeling hungry I will have an egg. I scrambled it at first but now I find having it hard boiled tastes better to me. I made some sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding tonight so I will try that tomorrow to see how I tolerate it. Some days are harder and I feel more hungry but I am still very happy I had this surgery. I just can't wait to be able to add more of a variety. I hope that helps. Shannon

Hi Debbie, hope your surgery was successful!! Get the chocolate protein shake from GNC. You can mix bananas with it, or strawberries, or any flavor you like the most. You have to get use to it at first, but it's not bad after that. Hope all is going well. Let me know. Good luck!
