Just starting out guys... I know I have a long way to go but tomorrow is a start

I finally made the call and tomorrow I go to the seminar that starts it all off. I know it's the first step but I guess we have to take that one before anything else can happen. Good luck to all of you, I was thinking about everyone that I have been reading about over the last couple of weeks here on the message board and I thought you all did it. You all made that first step and I'm sure it was not easy but you all did it. That gave me the strength to do it.. Thank you to all for your words to each other that support our inner voices..

I began with a siminar in March and am having surgery tomorrow. Time has passed so quickly and it is finally here. You can ask any questions that you like and I will attempt to answer them to the best of my ability. I am 46 years old and have a BMI of 54. I am a social worker and love working with people.
