WOW! My surgeon said this to me in our appt the other day. She wouldn't be surprised if I lost 90 lbs by Christmas. WOW! :wow: She also said, "that's not a GOAL I'm setting, it's just an observation, so don't get that number set in your head!" I can't imagine! That would be WONDERFUL! That would put me under 300 lbs for the 1st time in 7 years! I'm going to work hard. Keep my protein up, my fluids up, keep exercising... I can do it!!!!

Wow, always good to hear that kind of thing. I'd love to lose that much by christmas, and seeing as my starting weight is pretty high it's possible. Wouldn't it be great for you! Marie

I am sure you could do it. I mean you got this far. If we can get past all the testing and then have the operation then there isn't anything we can't achieve. I was hoping to be in the 200's by December. Even if it is 299.9 I know it isn't impossible. I just wish I knew how much I weighed now. I can't wait until I can actually weigh on a house scale. When I can I am buying one. I don't plan on weighing daily, maybe twice a week. It is just nice to know that it is going down. Shannon
