Laura-
Are you using a CPAP for your sleep apnea? Frequent urination is a side effect of untreated (or improperly treated) sleep apnea. I have used a CPAP since Aug 2000 and I ceased frequent urination almost immediately. I do have some excessive daytime sleepiness, but it's not that bad. You may need another sleep study (assuming you've already had one) and if you use a CPAP make sure your hoses and mask are not leaking. Also, you may be opening your mouth and therefore not getting the proper help from the CPAP.
Here's another thought...I went to a new sleep doctor because of the EDS and he had me do another sleep study. It was awful and they wanted to up my pressure almost double which I thought was crazy. I let them go from 9 to 14 and immediately started falling asleep in the car again, etc... This hadn't been a problem for 2 years since when I was undiagnosed!!
About twp months ago I had my CPAP reset to 9 and it is WONDERFUL!!!! I personally believe the other pressure was too high and was blowing my mouth open. I wouldn't settle for the excuse that it is only pressure on your bladder. Frequent urination can be a danger sign of other problems like diabetes as well, so I would make them check everything. Good Luck!!
