7 days to post-op!

At this time, 7 days from now I will be post-op! OK so I won't be literally jumping! Dr. B. says I will be getting out of bed 2 hours after surgery or he will be there with a whip My sister-in-law wants to be there to see me get out of bed So now I have been challenged! Can't let them get the best of me

Wow 2 hours is fast. I had my surgery at around 7:30am and didn't get out of bed until later on that night around 6ish pm. I had Lap RNY. I hope he gives you something really potent. Once your up and they get that IV poll out of your way ( kept tripping over mine) you will be ok. When I was in the hospital there was another lady who I only saw walk by 1 time and she was being held up by 2 nurses. I guess I was one of the lucky ones. Shannon
