MedicaL Alert Jewlery??

HI. Has any one esle heard of this, I saw a medic alert pendant with "barriatric Paiitent, NO NG Tube" Is this a consideration? I'll ask my DR. this thursday, but maybe one of you have heard of it?

Maybe this is a dumb question....but why exactly do you have to have it? I need some examples!

Mine says RNY NO BLIND NG TUBE NO NSAIDS. I got mine from avon and had it engraved at the jewelers. I had it ready to wear the day I came home. Doreen

The front of mine says: Bariatric Patient RNY The back says: My name No Blind NG Tube No NSAIDS Sulfa Allergy HcZ Allergy Got mine very cheap on Ebay.

Mine says "Bariatric Patient, no NG Tube without scope" I got mine from ebay!!! Just do a search for Bariatric Surgery!!!

Hi - No - I haven't heard of it - but I'd certainly be interested in getting one myself. It sounds like a great way to provide this necessary info. I'd like to find out where I can get one. Thanks - and let me know if you find out more. Andria
