SURGERY SEPTEMBER 14

I will be having my WLS RNY on September 14. Is there anyone else out there that is having surgery that date? I am so nervous, excited and scared. I can not wait to be on the losing side. Sheila

Sheila....mine is on the 10th. I am not nervous,emotional or anything. I guess that's what happens when you give it to God,with him all things are possible! Breathe......best wishes and happy moments

Hi Sheila, I too am having my surgery on Sep 14th, my 48th birthday! It just worked out that way so I'm calling it my new birthday. I am feeling the same emotions. I'll keep you in my prayers! God Bless! Kathy

Hi Sheila, I am scheduled to have surgery on the 14th also. I have the same feelings also, but I think overall I am more excited than anything. I will be thinking about you as I am admitted that morning. Good luck, and let's keep in touch.

Hi Sheila - I too am having my surgery on the 14th. I have started my typical motherly nesting already by getting my house all in order and stuff ready for my mother and husband to eat while I'm gone like they couldn't do it theirselves LOL. I have been both excited and nervous. I am on a liquid diet for two weeks before my surgery so that also contributes to some unhappy moments but it is what my surgeon wants to I'm giving it my all. Good luck to you and all the other 9/14 surgery goers. WE will be on that losing side before we know it.
