Scheduled for Sept. 20

Finally! The insurance approval came through and my Lap-Band surgery is scheduled for September 20. I'm looking forward to throwing away my pill organizers and fat clothes!

I'm with you!! My date is 9/20 also. Praying that Francene doesn't ruin things. I hope she dies down once she hits land! Two in a row! We weren't hit with Charlie, but still a threat! I will be thinking about all out there when I am laying on the table! Good luck!!! Danielle

Thanks for the good thoughts. I gotta tell ya -- I was wrackin' my brain trying to figure out who Francene was! I finally got it... way up here in Seattle we don't have to worry too much about hurricanes! All kidding aside, I do hope you and your family are safe from the storm, and that your surgery goes great.

my date is also on the 20th. It only took me 1yr, 3 insurance companys,and 3 doctors to finally get it. good luck to you, me,and everyone else that has taken this giant leap to a healther life! dawn
