not sure why...

I'm feeling very sick and hope it's just a virus, but I'm wondering if it's not my nerves. I have very bad stomach cramps and the runs. I'm almost scared to eat now because my stomach cramps so bad. Anybody else have this before surgery? What do you think? I'm scheduled for the 7th Thanks in advance, Jo

Jo, I agree, it probably is nerves... I'm the same way if I get myself too stressed out. Give your stomach a break today, try the BRAT (Bananna's, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) diet today, it should help calm your stomach. Good luck and hope you feel better soon. Tracy

Hey there.. I had the same thing happen to me while I was waiting on approval. It was over 2 weeks between my husband and my approvals - I was going crazy. I was so scared - stomach cramps, runs.. all just nerves. Take some deep breaths. Instead of surgery, think about the new cloths you'll need for the Holidays.
