AFTER WAITING ALMOST 9 MONTHS I FINALLY GOT APPROVAL FOR THE INSUANCE COMPANY AFTER 2 DENIALS AND THEN I WENT TO AN EXTERNAL BOARD AND WAS APPROVED FOR MY LAP-BAND 9/20/04
