pre-admissions tomorrow

I go for my pre-admission testing tomorrow afternoon. I really don't know what to expect for me personally but I am sure it will be pretty painless. I am going to my surgeons office sometime next week to weigh myself. I know I have lost some weight and I am curious to see what my actual weight is going to be before my surgery. I want to make sure I a close to what I wanted to be. Not only that but the last time I weighed in with Dr. Phol was in the beginning of this month. Anyone else have pre-testing tomorrow? Shannon

Hi Shannon! Good luck tomorrow. My pre-op isn't until the 14th and I'll see my surgeon then too since it was a little over a year ago when I first saw him... Tracy

Hi Shannon! I had my pre-op evaluation on Monday the 16th and it was a breeze. The nurse will ask you a bazillion questions and then probably send you for blood work and maybe a chest x-ray. That is what happened with me anyway. It was a cinch. But you all know what happened afterwards for me but hopefully my surgeon will still do surgery after my weigh in on Monday! Good Luck today! CAKE???? CAKE??? Did Erin say CAKE?????? Shall we kill her now?? or shall we eat the cake first???? My pre-op is Monday....first to radiology for the gallbladder ultrasound, then to the surgeon, where they will probably yell about the 13 lbs I have gained ( see CAKE above), then the anesthesiologist......I go at 7am, ugh. but hopefully it will not take all day...real hopefully since my daugher will be out of town and I have to drive the riding carpool at 5.... Wesie
