YES YES YES!!APPROVED!

My hasband was approved August 10th, after 1 1/2 weeks. Since then emotions have been high pressing for my approval. I finally got it today at 5pm. It was crazy. The RN in charge of putting my file together for medical review got confused, then wouldn't return phone calls... seemed she was just sitting on it for an entire month! So, 30 days from the time we first sent in the paperwork, I finally got approved! September 21st we both go under and become the amazing shrinking couple!

Wow, thats great. I read your profile a little while back and I wondered why you didn't get an approval when he did. Doesn't that irk you when they don't get back to you for ever. Judging by your subject title I would say your pretty excited. Congrats... I wish you both the best of luck. Shannon

Thank you!! Oh, yes... we are moving Labor Day weekend (Sept 4th) and on Sept 7th we start the all shakes diet for surgery... we aren't even bringing food into the apt. - just shake mix, Lactaid milk, and extracts. Marcia at Aenta Lori at Cleveland Clinic ok.. so I'm having fun with emoticons...

Actually, Eric goes in first thing in the morning. We have to be a hour and a half south of the house at 5:30am. Ugh! I'd rather be Then I'm either next or third.. not real sure of how many they schedule in a day. It's funny that you ask though, because the doctor asked us who would go first. We both pointed to the other! I thought he should go first because I don't want him to back out of it... He thought I should go first because it was my idea.
