I have looked at many websites and been doing some comparison shopping. Some of the ones OH members recommend are a little steep for me. I think I am gonna go with a few cheaper places I found and get at least 2 fruit proteins and 2 unflavored just in case. I ordered some samples and am waiting for them too. I want enough to be covered for the month just in case I can't get out anywhere. Doreen

Sounds like a plan to me. I haven't gone to my nutrional class yet so I don't know how many grams a day to plan for. I did buy som protein crystals that you just put in your mouth and they dissolve or you can mix with water. Black berry flavor. Each box contains 10 single servings of 36 grams. I bought 10 boxes of it to use.. Larry

Hey Larry, Can you email me where you got the crystals from and how much? I would appreciate it. I think most doctors want you to get like 60 to 80 grams of protein a day. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I will have my talk with the nutrionist after my pretesting is done on Aug. 12. Thanks! Doreen

I found some on ebay that were really priced well. Also, I shouldn't have said that I bought those others yet. I ordered them and they are back ordered. I will let you total price when I pay for them + shipping.

Just do a search for IsoCrystalin Protein Crystals on ebay. They are made by Dynakor Pharmacal. They cost to much at this web site, but I included it so you could read what I am talking about. dynakorpharmacal.com/products/crystalin/index.asp The guy that I bought from made a mistake on an auction and he honored it so I bought ten boxes for $13.10 ea*****luding shipping. Normal price is 25 and up plus shipping. I am going to try these and if I like them I am going to try to become a distributor for them.

Doreen, have you tried going to a nutrition store? Like around my area there is GNC and I believe there is a Trader Joe's. Maybe you can hit a good sale in an actual store. I agree. Some of the prices online are really too expensive. Erin

I am checking out our local health food store next week. I called and they do carry whey protein, just can't get to them this week. I have checked those 2 u mentioned online and found they were a bit steep. I have a week to keep looking cos I plan on ordering all my protein after my pre testing on Aug. 12. Doreen

Hey Doreen I found that some of the sites are expensive too. There's a lady that posted on here (or the VBG forum, I can't remeber) named Jenni who was offering free samples. I haven't bought any yet, but Walgreens was pretty reasonably priced when I checked. Where did you get your samples from. I'm not too keen on paying for something that I'm going to find repulsive

I went to www.valleynutrition.com and they had samples for only $1.25 with free shipping. Most others had samples around $1.60 and the shipping was too high. I did go to www.wheyfruity.com and signed up for some samples, but haven't received anything yet. I made a list of sites and prices and when I find some that are good bargains I will let you know.
