Can some of you guys please give me an idea of how much you are eating this far out? what is an average breakfast, lunch and dinner and how much?? I'd appreciate any help you guys can offer Thanks! Shannon

Hi Shannon- My typical day is: Morning - Iced Latte with skim milk and protein powder (I can't eat first thing or I get nausous) sp? Mid-Morning snack - nuts or cheese stick or cotage cheese Lunch - weigh****chers, lean cuisine, or turkey chili afternoon snack- triscuits, wheat thins, ets (really need to replace this with a protein choice) Dinner - same as lunch most days - sometimes a grilled hamburg, chicken breast, or fish if I actually cook -LOL! Obviously if I were totally honest I snack other times as well since I have gained 10 lbs in the past year. I really need to get that under control so I don't do anymore damage. So the above is my goal each day - just doesn't seem to work out that way lately. HTH Teri
