Stellar Report

Just wanted to report to all my September 04 buddies that I got a "stellar" report from my doctor yesterday. I had lost 18 lbs. of fat and gained 17 lbs. of muscle over the last 4 months!! DURING THE HOLIDAYS!!! I was amazed and THRILLED!! Although I am "officially" 7 lbs. from my docs goal, he said that I am at a GREAT place and he will not be upset if I just stay here!!! My body mass is 80% muscle and 20% fat which he said was "perfect"!! My metabolism is 129% so that is fabulous too!!! The doctor said "If I had a gold star I would give it to you!" Thanks to all of YOU on this message board who have been soooooo supportive in the last 2.5 years!!! Hugs, Pam

Pam, That is great. Have you had PS yet? I am dying to have a TT but I can't afford it right now. After my TT, I should be at goal as I have a lot of excess tummy skin. Lynn J., lap RNY 9/29/04 5'4" 306/146/?135?
