Donna, I know that this is a little "late" to post a reply to you, but I buy protein (American Sports Nutrition) from e-bay. It is a little cheaper than the health food stores. It's the only kind that I REALLY like. I can tolerate any of them now, but I LIKE the Tropical Banana Blast from ASN. If your interested, I'll give you the address of the seller and tell you how I "fix it up" to my satisfaction. I am convinced that the protein is what makes me feel so much better than most people... Hope this helps. Hugs, Pam

Hi Dare and Mike! I'm so glad you guys are through the surgery. I asked about you both at the support meeting Wednesday night. The beginning can be rough....but like the others said....it will get better! Everyone seems to adjust differently and at different levels and speeds. And while you are jealous of your hubby, just remember he will also lose a lot of weight a lot faster than you too. Men just do. So be prepared for that! Keep your head up.....this too shall pass! For about 3 weeks, I swore that I was going to choke anybody that I was around. I felt that lousy. Didn't even feel human. The first few weeks SUCK. Hang in there--I promise in a few weeks you won't be regretting it.
