I would suggest your checking out bariatriceating.com's message board. They have some great suggestions to get you back on track. I have been incorporating their suggestion for me to add more protein supplements to my day and it has almost completely stopped my desire to graze. I find I have to force myself to eat some days now which I never had before. I normally have a cup of Matrix (it is a hot chocolate protein powder and makes a delicious cup of hot chocolate) before breakfast or a premixed drink called Achieve One and then have my normal breakfast of cottage cheese, egg, cheese stick or whatever protein I choose. I then have my lunch of meat and cheese roll up, small chef salad, tuna or chicken salad, deviled eggs, etc. I have dinner which consists of 2 oz of meat, 1 tlb starch, 1 tlb green veggie. I then have a protein smoothie, Matrix or Achieve One about 2 hours or later after dinner. In the end this adds up to about 80 grams of protein. The Matrix, Achieve One and other proteins (Protein Delite is to die for) can be found at the BariatricEating.com site as well as a lot of other products. I can only attest to the Matrix, Achieve One, Chocolate Coconut Protein Delite and Chocolate Almond Protein Delite. The last two taste like Mounds and Almond Joy bars. Once I switched to adding more protein I went from a stall of 8 months to lossing two lbs a week for a total so far of about 9 lbs and having more energy than I know what to do with. Hope this helps.
