Finally, the day I have been waiting on for quite some time now is drawing near.The closer it gets to being here, the more excited I am getting.It just seems like an eternity at times,but I know it will get here soon.Anyway, good luck and best wishes to the rest of you September Babies!

Congratulations! I'm scheduled for September 2 also. I'll say a prayer for you that all goes well and I'll see you on the other side.

Happy birthday to me I will be turning 29 this year and 3 days later I will be having my WLS. My date is Sept 24. Can't wait to be a looser. Anyone else here from the Fort worth Texas area that could give me some support?

Hi Roger,
I'm having surgery at Alvarado Hospital on September 16th, so maybe I'll see you at some of the classes; although, you'll probably be gone before I get out of the hospital.
Anyway, good luck to you. I hope that you are calm going into surgery and that you have a quick and pain free recovery.

Hello kathy.....We share the same surgery date. I'm having BPD/DS. Like you, have lots to do. You will be in my prayers the day we start a new life!! I'm so excited!!! Jean

I'm so excited. I had hoped to have an earlier date, but September 19 is it. It seems like a very long time, but I'm sure it will be here before I know it.
