Hi AMOS family, I am so pleased to report that Lori Persick is having Lap-Rny with Dr. Jawad on September8th, 03.
She was my angel when I had Lap-RNy last monday, and I can't tell you how grateful I was that she stayed with my family in the hospital.
She is sooooooo excited, just found out last week about the date. Only 7 days and a wake up, and she too will be on the loosing side. What an exciting time, please show her your support.

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. That day will be wonderful. I think we need to make something good come out of it. I have my pre op appointments that day with Dr. Gluck in muskeegan on september the 11 also. congratulations on your new start!!!!! Jennifer

I had my surgery on Jan 20, 03 and to date have lost 135 lbs. Would not trade this for anything. Got off all my diabetes and high blood pressure meds within weeks after surgery. I will not kid you, you are about to take a big step but one you will never regert. Good luck and let me know how it all went.

I just wanted to wish a a safe and speedy recovery and an uneventful surgery. I am having mine the day before you on the 2nd, and I am also scared. But just think of the great things to come. For the 1st time we will love being on the losing team. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!

hi im having surgery on sept the 11th. I know its a not so great day for lots of people but im hoping its one of my greatest. ALot of people ive told are like you cant do it then...i think something horrible happened on that day so now something great has to happen....ME! So please keep your fingers crossed im nervous and very anxious...thanks a bunch!
