I am set for 9/30 and I got a call yesterday that my surgeon is out of the country and they don't know when he'll be back. I have no surgery date. They can't even give me an approximate. I' m going to have to change surgeons and it breaks my heart! I LOVE Dr. Sweeney! I already made all plans at work and at home for my surgery date, though. Three other people have taken off of work to help with my kids and me. So...

Hello again, Thanks to those of you *****sponded to my previous message. So far, everything has gone like clockwork so I know I'm doing the right thing. I had my pre-op with anesthesia today. The CRNA highly recommended the epidural. Did any of you have one? I will be under general anes but he recommended the epidural for the pain following the surgery. If you had one, what was it like getting it done? I plan to go for it anyway but am interested in your experience(s). My surgery date is next Fri, 9/19. Thanks. LeDeane
