A Long, Busy Week!!

Hi Everyone: HAPPY FRIDAY!!! It's been a long week for me. I've been very busy at work and between that and ferrying my wife to her doctor's appointments it has been very trying. It really tested my resolve. I did manage to maintain my consistency and made it to the gym 4 days this week. It's really important that no matter how harried life gets that you do what you have to do for you. Getting in my protein, my water, my ecercise and my vitamins are part of my life and I never let anything deter me from this. Just remember that taking care of yourself comes first.
