THe 12 Days of Holiday Exercise
Hi Everyone:
It's Friday so it's time for my weekly post. Now that we're in December and the holidays are fast approaching I have decided to challenge myself with what I call The 12 Days of Holiday Exercise.
What I'm going to do in the 22 days left until Christmas is to make sure that I get in 12 days of heavy exercise in between the holiday parties and the mountain of goodies flying around my office. The other 10 days I will exercise lightly, if you can call doing just cardio on those days light.
I'm doing this not only to not gain weight over the holidays but to maintain my focus on being healthy and making healthy choices during the holiday season.
