One year 9-16-04 down 130 pounds

I went to my one year check up on 9-14 (two days early) and I had lost 130 pounds. I had to have hernia surgery on 10-6 and the day before surgery I had lost another 10 pounds and now I have lost another 6, for a total of 146 pounds loss. Some of these last few pounds may come back once I am eating normal again. Right now I do not have much of an appetite. I am thrilled that I had the surgery, although I wasn't sure about how great an idea it was right after surgery and during the time I was so sick. Now I am glad that I had the surgery and my life is so much better. I have soooo much energy, energy I never thought I would get again. I hope everyone has as much luck with their surgery as I did with mine. ~ Pat~
