Exactly 8 months today!!!
First of all...Happy Mother's Day to all you mom's out there
Today is my 8 month anniversary and I am pleased to say I am now down to 195 pounds...that is a 128 pound lost
I was on a plateau for about 3 weeks this month..but, I am now over it
I started keeping a journal of everything I eat and drink and it has really helped. I get my protein and my 64oz in every day...and I finally started exercising again And I have lost a total of 80 inches from my body..I am really happy that I had this surgery and plan on using my new tool for a long, long time .

My 8 month anniversary is on the 16th and as of right now I am down 114 pounds. The first 4 months were very rough for me, but now that I have sooooo much energy and I can do so many things, I think I did the right thing. How are you getting all of your protein? Take care and God bless you. ~Pat

Sorry it took so long to reply back..I haven't been online because I have been so busy. The way I get my protein in is mainly protein bars and protein shakes. I eat the genisoy protein bars...less than 2g of sugar..160 calories..and 15 grams of protein and I drink the Atkins protein shakes...170 calories..less than 2g of sugar and 20 grams of protein. Normally, what I do is eat real food for a week (boiled eggs, cheese, meat..things like that) and then for the following week...I will eat two protein bars, two protein shakes, and a super small meal to get my protein in. The best thing you can do is keep a food journal...the plus factor for that is it keeps you honest...you will be less likely to snack I hope this helps.
