6 Mth Anniversary/Report
Hey gang!
Can you believe it's been 6 mths already?? It's incredible!! My anniversary was March 12th and I am happy to say that I am doing extremely well. I am down 121 lbs from 350. I work out 6x a week and now am watching my food choices since I can eat more... bleh!
I used to keep a food journal but stopped because I figured I got this thing down..... big mistake... you really don't realize how much you've eaten unless you are really paying attention to it.
I've had no complications, things have been going really well and I look forward to another 50 lbs. or more to shed off by my 1 yr. anniversary... yay!!

Sheri, 121 pounds is really, really amazing. I have to say it again: I am absolutely floored by your commitment to the six workouts a week. I really couldn't get beyond my three per week at all; it's really, really impressive that you're putting the exercise at such a high priority!
