Plateau or what?
Hi, Guys! I think that I was on a plateau. I loss about 64 lb. in the first month. Then, I loss only 16 lb. the next two months. OK......I cut out everything that had even a little bit of sugar in it and drank at least one protein shake a day. Now, I have loss 20 lb. in about 33 days. That is OK with me. I'm down 100 lb. and maybe a little more. I need to weigh, but have to get to a scale. My scale only goes to 300 lb. I can use it in another 12 lb. So, I think that because I had loss that 64 lb. in just a month, my body had to catch up with the weight loss or something like that. What do you guys think? Thanks....

As long as I continue to lose weight monthly, I don;t consider myself at a plateau. I think the first month is always the greatest weight loss, after that as you incorporate regular foods into your body, the weight loss per month seems to lessen... but you still continue to lose! Which is the ultimate goal anyway, right? My weight loss seems to be averaging about 2-3 lbs per week, with a total of about 10-12 lbs per month! Not as much as some people, but more than I ever lost on my own. Here's to success! Wooo hooo!
