Working out

I am also trying to get motivated to move. I have the "walking away the pounds" and I haven't even opened the dvd. I realized today that I'm not doing myself any good if I don't give it my all. So, I'm right here with you and I know how difficult it is to get up and go, especially when you have not been well. so good luck to you and I hope you're feeling better and walking the pounds off soon!

I had a Very hard time getting started exercising mainly because I was afraid of hurting myself. i joined curves gym in January and I love it. I go every day after work and I can work as hard or as soft as I wish. Sometimes I go around the circuit more than the normal times because I have so much energy. I love the blaring musci too it really gets me pumped up. I plan on walking too when the weather warms heres but for now its curves.
I do have every workout machine imaginable at home but never seem to use it there go figure
