36 POUNDS TO GO

WELL MY SURGERY WAS SEPT 3 AND I AM DOWN 69 POUNDS AND HAVE 36 TO GO. I AM SO EXCITED THAT I FINALLY SEE MYSELF AS A DIFFERENT PERSON, BUT ONLY ON THE OUTSIDE, ON THE INSIDE I AM ALL THE SAME, AND ALWAYS WILL BE. GOOD LUCK TO ALL. HUGS AND KISSES DEBI LEE

Hello. I also had surgery on Sept 3rd. I am only down 59# as of today. I started at 245 I am now 186. I would like to lose another 50 if possible. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you start at? Also, how tall are you. I am 5'4" and don't have a definate goal yet. My doctors says not to set one. Just curious what yours is.
