I just recently heard about this board, and I think it's great, as we are all close to the same time post-surgery. Mine was Sept. 17th and I have lost 46#. Maybe as more people hear about it, it will be more active.
I'm still hitting the protein really hard, drink a protein shake every morning (but am already tired of them---have tried several).
How many of you have started weight training? I use the elliptical cross-trainer at the gym for an hour, and have just started using some of the Nautilus-type machines at low weights and many repetitions.
Let's keep sharing on this board --- I like it!
