Protein Powder
Well...here's my bright idea......not everyone uses the protein powder....I have a friend who is well on her way, after 70 pounds and more, and she hasn't used any powder. But, then on the other hand...my weight loss has slowed down some after 7 weeks....and I haven't had any powder for 2 weeks.....my doctor swears by it....so.....go figure.......he says I would be feeling better if I used more powder........I do have the GNC brand....chocolate, I make a shake when I have it at all. A blender is a must.......Congrats on your great weight loss....I had mine on 9/18 in Cincinnati and I've lost around 42 also...Let me hear from you.....Barb [email protected]
OK...........it is best, if you can get that protein powder in. I used Unjury Vanilla and I loved it. I mixed it in a blender with 4 frozen strawberries, 1 packet of Splenda, 6-8 oz. skim milk and one serving of Unjury vanilla protein. Blend it on high for about twenty seconds. Drink it right away, as protein shakes can't be saved. They lose their potency and it is said that bacteria sets up in it when it is saved, even in the fridge. Try to email [email protected] and he will send you samples, if you ask him, nicely. Let him know that you heard that they have some awesome protein I liked it a lot. You will be better off if you can add a few protein shakes to your daily routine. Sheila
I use a product called Protidiet. I get it at a local pharmacy. It is mixed in 6-8 oz. of water and has 15gms of protein per drink. It comes in many flavors, orange, fruit punch, pink lemonade, tea, grape, many others... and it tastes REALLY good. They make a powder and a liquid concentrate. The liquid concentrate is NOT good, make sure to get the powder. If anyone wants any more information on this, email me at [email protected]. My pharmacy will even ship it anywhere in the US. It costs about $5.95 for 7 servings.
Thanks,
Suzy
