I am finally home from the hospital.

Surgery was on Sept. 24th and I was discharged on Sunday, Sept.28. Altho I've spent much time in bed fighting some pain and nausea, I do have an hour or two in between whereby its only discomfort and I can sit at the computer to type and read emails. I don't have any email friends yet and would love to hear from anyone who is post-op. I would also be glad to support anyone who has not had surgery yet. In general my top weight was 250 and I went in the hospital at 242. I am now down 14 lbs. one week later.

Good for you !!! I pray that your recovery will be swift and as painfree as possible. I am 27 days Pre-Op. Just had my pre-ops done today and am counting the days until 10-29, when its my turn. God bless and God Speed on your recovery.

Happy for you! I am having surgary on Nov. 4th, getting scard but know it is a good thing! I have a close friend that has lost 99lbs. in 6 months, she looks wonderful, doesn't look like she has ever been big! It is good to have her here to walk me threw my every step! I am sure you are going to do great! CONGRADULATION!!!!!!!!
