Surgery date

Hi, I would like to introduce myself. I am Lorna. I have been lurking here for months now. I didn't want to fully participate until I knew that I was approved. I live in NJ and will be having my surgery done by Dr Bertha, of Florham Park, NJ at Morristown Memorial Hospital on September 30. I have BC/BS Horizon PPO and was quickly approved. I saw the page that has others scheduled for Morristown, but I am not sure how to get on there. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks, Lorna
