Less than a week

I go under the knife on the 8th of Sept. With all the falderal, it has taken a year. Anybody else out there...keep with it. There are a lot of hurdles placed in the way. I think this is a way to test your mettle. Hang in there, call doctors on your own, don't accept little clerks "pat" answers, and keep pursuing your goal. My HMO rarely ever accepts WLS. But I am now in the final days. It takes perseverence in some cases. Wi**** didn't, but face facts. This is expensive surgery. HMO are based on minimal care.
