I got my date of Sept.08,2003 on June 25, 2003. It will be done at Baptist Medical Center - Princeton in Birmingham, AL by Dr. John L. Mathews and assisted by Dr. Robert Jay Smith. I am so happy, I thank the good Lord Almighty for helping me this far and I know that he will see me through!
